Sleeves
The sleeves are made of glass laminate or steel. Both types of sleeves have high thermal insulation properties thanks to polyurethane, which is placed inside the outer and inner sleeve walls. Sleeves of glass laminate are bevelled so that the difference between the upper and lower sleeve dimensions (opening in the roof) is 200 mm or they are perpendicular. The supplied heights are as follows: 150 mm – for placing on the roof surface, 300 mm – for sinking into the roof envelope and 500 mm – for a strong roof composition.
The glass laminate sleeves have two shells, which guarantees sufficient rigidity and stability. The contact surfaces of the sleeves are adapted for easy mounting on the roof structure. All types of sleeves can be supplied with adapters for trapezoidal or corrugated metal sheet. The adapters are made-to-measure, always according to the sample of sheet used on the roof. The sleeve with the adapter is mounted in the same manner as the common part of the roof shell.
Steel sleeves are supplied from galvanized zinc. They are either perpendicular or sloped and 150, 350 and 500 mm high.
